The 3 villas are located in south Pelion (Pagasitikos side) near the village of Milina. They are built on the slopes overlook Vathoudi Bay and the beautiful Alatas Island. From this picturesque and location you can explore south pelion, relax and enjoy the sun, sea and the most beautiful sunsets in the area.
Dinghy Sailing Centre
This accommodation is local to one of our dinghy sailing bases and from here you can enjoy dinghy sailing, windsurfing and kayaking
The Villas (Sleeps 4/5 max).
One stands alone and the other two are semi-attached and would therefore suit a larger party or 2 families on holiday together. Each Villa has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, telephone, air condition and TV with DVD player. They are all beautifully furnished, fully equipped and are very comfortable with private balcony and beautiful sea view. A Baby Cot can be provided if needed. The Villas are open all year round.
Outside, you can relax in the summer sun, or take a dip in the swimming pool. There are sun beds and chairs around our pool, as well as sun umbrellas where you can find some much needed shade. From the pool area you can enjoy the spectacular views out over Vathoudi Bay and Alatas Island and further across the Pagasitic Gulf and in the evening you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in the area. You are approximately 50 meters from the nearest beach, 100 meters from a mini market and with a supermarket about 1km away.
Milina is a beautiful little fishing village and resort just down the coast road from the accommodation being about 49km from the city of Volos. It is a buzzing village with beautiful beaches overlooking the clear blue waters of the Pagasitikos Gulf and along the beachfront you can find tavernas, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and fish tavernas. This is a traditional Greek seaside village with many shops and tavernas with wondeful local food, always somewhere new to discover and also a great base from which to discover southern Pelion.
