Nestled at the base of the Pelion mountain, adjacent to an exclusive beach on the Pagasitikos Gulf you will find this small holiday complex providing everything you need for a great holiday. The accommodation is in several separate Archontika style houses in the unique architecture of Pelion, all with wonderful sea views.
They are connected to each other by small stone paths, scattered in lush vegetation with
gardens full of flowers and lawns. In this way the complex is like a little traditional village by the sea, but with all modern facilities for a perfect holiday.
Motor traffic is not allowed inside the complex, but there is a private parking area at the entrance, from where you have easy access.
The complex is located in a beautiful bay just meters from and exclusive beach. With the swimming pool, children's playground, tennis court, chess playground, table tennis, Jacuzzi, restaurant and bar next to the sea we offer our guests a lot of enjoyable facilities and a quality holiday which everybody wishes.
Each house consists of comfortable rooms, studios and apartments all with their own private balcony or terrace with wonderful sea views. All have air-conditioning, television, telephone, safe box, access to internet and in the bathroom a hair-dryer and connection for electric shaving.
All Studios are less than 40 meter from the beach. They are fully furnished with a double-bed or 2 single beds, 1 to 3 sofa-beds, small table and chairs, a kitchenette with small electric cooking facility, fridge and electric kettle.
All Apartments are less than 30 meter from the beach. They have 2 rooms. One separate bedroom with a double-bed and one comfortable, big living-room with 2 to 3 sofa-beds, table and chairs, a kitchenette with small electric cooking facility, fridge and electric kettle. Both of the rooms have air-conditioning.
All Rooms are less than 80 meter from the beach. They are fully furnished with a double-bed and with 1 to 3 sofa-beds, small table and chairs, fridge and electric kettle.
Exclusive Villa (I) with own private swimming pool (sleeps 6-8)
This is a two-storey villa with its own private pool and a breathtaking view to the sea. Its distance from the beach of the hotel is 105 metres. On the groundfloor there is a living-room with cosy armchairs and a sofa-bed which can accommodate two children. There is also a fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining-room, all with a view to the sea.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a children's bedroom
in which two children can be accommodated. There are two balconies on the first floor, all looking on to the sea. This Villa has a WC on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor.
Exclusive Villa (II) with own private swimming pool (sleeps 4-6)
Similar in design and layout to Villa I without the extra childrens bedroom. It is 115 metres from the beach. On the groundfloor there is a living-room with cosy armchairs and a sofa-bed which can accommodate two children. There is also a fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining-room, all with a view to the sea. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a balcony, all looking on to the sea. There are bathrooms on each floor.

The professional and friendly staff at complex are always available to help and assist you to make your holiday as pleasurable as it can be.
At the complex there are facilities for sending e-mails, fax, currency exchange and
post-office services. They can also provide information about activities, special festivities in the area and excursions like the Little Train of Pelion. They can help with hiring a car, a bicycle or a motorboat which will provide the opportunity to explore this beautiful area of the Pelion Peninsula and to visit more beaches of Pelion.
Other Facilities
Beach: The beach in front of the Leda houses is a sandy/small pebble beach and the sea shelves gently which makes it perfect for families with small children.
Swimming pool: Take a dive into the fresh waters of the swimming pool and cool down under the water-curtain. Enjoy a drink at one of the two terraces next to the pool with a beautiful views over the Pagasitikos Gulf.
Children swimming pool: Small children, who still don't know how to swim,
can play safely and enjoy the refreshing cool water in the separate children swimming pool, which is located in such a way that parents can keep an eye on them without missing their own fun at the pool, Jacuzzi or relaxing sunbathing.
Spa: Relax with your friends in the Spa, scattered by lush vegetation, and feel like you are in Paradise.
Fitness room: Keep active and fit and use our comfortable, air-conditioned fitness room. Here you will find all the fitness equipments which you need for a nice and enjoyable workout.
Jacuzzi: Enjoy the great heated water massage in the Jacuzzi with great views at the
waters of the Pagasitic Gulf.
