This Alonissos Island Villa is situated in the village of Votsi overlooking the local fishing quay and harbour. Votsi is the second bay east of Patitiri, which is the main port of entry on Alonissos. The villa is within a 10 minute walk of the local beach, mini-markets and local tavernas & bars. A 25 minute walk takes you to the main port of Patitiri with it's own shops, bars & tavernas.
The Studios
The studios are self contained 2 bed accommodation with shower, separate toilet / bidet, fridge and tea / coffee making equipment.
Yacht Pleione Day Sailing
Yacht Pleione is a Beneteau Evasion 32 long keeled, deck saloon ketch. She is equipped with all safety equipment and is ideal for exploring the beautiful Aegean sea surrounding the Northern Sporades islands and Alonissos. She is moored in the working fishing port of Votsi. Free day trips come with weekly studio rental or can be booked separately. Overnight trips can be arranged to other off lying islands or to the Marine Park to experience complete tranquility or to just gaze at millions of stars in the crystal
clear skies.
Explore the Island in our Land Rover
The Land Rover is a historic British Series 2 1962 SWB petrol version and is the ideal vehicle for touring the island and visiting those out of the way secluded beaches that are only accessible by foot or 4WD. We can arrange the car with open top, hard top or soft top as shown.

For each week of Studio booking, one day touring the island in the Land Rover and one day sailing the Aegean sea in Pleione is free. For bookings of more then one week, days in Pleione can be linked together for an overnight stay in one of the off lying islands or in the Marine Park.
Yacht Pleione Charter Information
Pleione is a Beneteau Evasion 32 long keeled, deck saloon, ketch, and is moored in the port of Votsi. She is fully fitted out with all safety equipment, inflatable tender and outboard engine (inflatable can be converted to a sailing dingy for sail training purposes or pleasure), snorkelling equipment, stern boarding plank and boarding ladder.
Skippered Charter
Charters can be arranged on a day sail basis or overnight stops at more distant locations. Also sailing training can be offered for those who wish to learn, but we cannot issue a recognised sailing certificate. Pleione can accommodate up to six people, although for overnight stays four is better. Any level of sailing awareness can be accommodated – for those with no experience the Skipper can sail / handle Pleione single-handed, for experience sailors they can sail the yacht themselves if they so wish (I only have to be present for insurance purposes).
Typical itineraries are:
Day sailing – visits to off lying islands (Two Brothers, Peristera, Skanzura), a quite bay for swimming / snorkelling, either lunch onboard (food not supplied, only beer / wine and nibbles) or at a taverna (Steni Vala, Kalamakia, Staphalos bay on Skopelos). Then an afternoon sail, more swimming, before returning to Votsi. Start time is 09:00 onward, return time no later the 20:00. Rates: €100 per day for up to 4 people, 5 people €125, 6 people €150, this is for the yacht and skipper and includes beer / wine and nibbles.
Overnight Stay – The islands of the Marine Park, overnight stays on Kira Panyia, visit to the monastery, and / or other islands Psaora or Yiora – or visit Skopelos / Skiathos – or visit Skanzura / Skyros. Rates: €150 per day / night, either evening meal at taverna or clients bring their own food for BBQ or onboard meal (galley has 3 burner cooker with grill and oven, 12vdc cool box).
Sail Training - €150 per day (max 2 students per session). Using either the yacht, sailing inflatable or both.
